We are happy to announce that the postponed 2020 Great Lakes Regional Conference’s Summer Conference has been rescheduled for August 20-21, 2021 and will still be hosted by PA-XVIII, Pennsylvania’s finest Great Lakes Conference Chapter in Beautiful suburbs of Pennsylvania’s hidden Gem, Erie. The city of Erie is the fourth largest city in Pennsylvania and is located along the shores of Lake Erie with over seven miles of sandy beaches and you can tell the kids, “NO Sharks”, so bring bathing suits.
Room Rates will be $109.00/night and registration for the Conference will be $70.00/person.
NOTICE: Please re-confirm all hotel reservations previously made as Cards used to hold the rooms may have expired.Along with having a beautiful indoor pool the host hotel is less than a tenth of a mile from Waldemere’s Amusement Park and Water World, with multiple Giant Slides a Wave Pool the Ravine Flyer Roller Coaster and many other rides, entry to the Park is FREE.
The area offers numerous venues for rides and a number of attractions. We, once again, will be bringing in representatives from one of our many Wineries for your enjoyment, and Yes! There is also the Casino. Additionally we will be manning a hospitality room both Friday and Saturday.
Many of you attended our “Spring Conference” in 2014 while we were still inundated with snow, but everyone still managed to have a great time and we promise more of the same in 2021.
For your convenience we will forward a Registration Form to the GLRC Webmaster shortly. You will be able to download the Registration form and send it with your check or money order to the address provided. Money will be in US Dollars, So to our Canadian brothers and sisters please obtain money order vouchers for your submissions.
